Founder COO
Evelyn is a Project Management Professional and Architect with over 18 years of experience in the Philippines and the UAE. She is passionate about design excellence, balancing creativity and functionality to transform ideas into built reality.
As COO of ArEVA Building Design Corp., she leads operations, design strategy, and project execution, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and sustainable results.
Evelyn holds a degree in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and certifications in Project Management, LEED Green Associate, and Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional, reflecting her commitment to integrating sustainability and efficiency into every project.
Gerard is an experienced urban planner and architectural designer specializing in residential, commercial, and township developments. He is passionate about thoughtful design, integrating functionality, sustainability, and innovative planning solutions to create impactful built environments.
He coordinates design efforts for high-rise and township projects. He is responsible for producing BIM models, developing master plans, and preparing conceptual designs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong design direction across all stages of the projects.

Mary Rose is an architectural professional with experience in BIM, drafting, and visualization. She focuses on delivering accurate and high quality design solutions for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
She works on residential and commercial developments, producing coordinated architectural and structural models using Revit.
Carlos Gabriel C. Ayag is a designer. He has experience in both academic and professional projects, including residential, mixed-use, healthcare, transportation, and sports facility developments.
He is passionate about design, planning, and technical documentation, and is committed to delivering practical and well-coordinated architectural solutions.

Jayson is an Architecture graduate with 3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting, design, and 3D visualization. He is passionate about delivering, accurate high-quality design solutions, combining technical precision with creative problem-solving.
He focuses on International projects, producing detailed drawings, BIM models using Revit, 3D Renderings, Jayson’s hands-on experience with Revit for BIM modeling and coordination, along with SketchUp and Rendering Software, enables him to deliver coordinated and buildable design solutions across all projects phases.
Jameel N. Laher is professional experience in architectural and landscape design, drafting, and BIM Modeling. He has contributed to residential, commercial, office, logistics, and high-rise projects, providing design coordination, technical drawings, and project documentation.
He has hands-on experience in Revit for BIM modeling and projects coordination, producing detailed working drawings, coordinated BIM models, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials. With experience in both design offices and construction coordination, Jameel ensures accurate, well-coordinated, and buildable design solutions across all stages of a project.
